The Return process – Online Return/Exchange—You can return or exchange an item online at KOOVS.COM by following the below steps.
- Log in to the ‘My Account‘ section at FLYINGTHREADS.In
- Select the product that needs to be returned
- Follow the steps and fill in the required information to complete the process.

Need to return – Few points to remember:
- Returns/exchange request need to be within 10 days of the delivery of product
- Please fill the returns form for easy processing of refunds
- All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place.
- In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snap shot at Support@flyingthreads.in.
- If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
- Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
- Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
- In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to FLYINGTHREADS LLP C/O Ajay Iyer, DS MAX SPRINGFIELD, A4-225, DODDAGUBBI, BENGALURU-560077. In this case, an amount of Rs.100 will be reimbursed in the customer’s account (FT-Pocket) towards shipping. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.
Non-returnable categories– Following product categories fall under “No Return/Exchange” unless there is an inherent damage/quality issue at the time of delivery due to a miss from our quality team.

How do you return?
- Reverse pick up from your shipping address: Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in select locations, which fall under the service network of our courier partners.
Return Form is an easy-to-fill form that allows you to return the received shipment to FLYING THREADS. Mention the order details & complete shipping address on the packet
Refund options for you– The customer can choose to get their refund in the following ways:
- Cash refund via bank transfer into their account or credit card.
- The refund value in your FT-Pocket (e-wallet), which can be redeemed against any purchase.
